Foothills Science Center, which houses faculty research facilities.
Mesquite Hall, home of the Clinical Skills & Simulation Center which offers human and technology-based simulation models for MWU students to practice clinical skills; features 19 clinical and 6 specialty exam rooms, a mock OR/ER, scrub room, and student testing/faculty observation areas with high-resolution video.
The Auditorium, 2,600-seat Auditorium with classroom space for lectures and large campus events.
Recreation & Wellness Hall, with gymnasium and exercise facilities, and special rooms for music, crafts, and dance/aerobics.
Four Barrel Student Center buildings, which are home to University departments including Admissions, Financial Aid, University Relations, Communications, Human Resources, Information Technology, Campus Security, Counseling, Academic Support and the Office of Student Services.

Lactation rooms are available:

- Only available to students & employees.
- Includes accessibility by badge only, occupancy indicator, curtain for added privacy, comfy chair, small table with lamp, sign-in binder, mini-fridge, magazines and tissues, and hand sanitizer. There is a restroom down the hall for washing accessories.

- Wellness Recreation Hall - Room 102
- Available to students, employees and spouses.
- Includes a lockable door with a "Do Not Disturb" door hanger, rocking chair, small table with sign-in binder, sanitizing wipes, tissues, hand sanitizer, magazines and a mini-fridge. Restroom is down the hall for washing accessories. First Come; First Served.
- Animal Companion Clinic
- Only available to students & employees.
- Includes an occupancy door hanger, three chairs, a small table, and a mini-fridge.
- Must call ahead and ask for Liz Jimenez at 623-806-7400.
- Dental Institute - Room 107
- Only available to students & employees.
Includes accessibility by badge only, occupancy indicator, curtain for added privacy, comfy chair, small table with lamp, sign-in binder, mini-fridge, magazines and tissues, and hand sanitizer. - Directions - Enter from the outdoor stairwell between the PT building and the Dental Institute (you'll see the lift and a door that says "Not a Public Entrance". You'll go past the door down the stairs and enter that way. Room 107 is right there as you enter).

Ramada (A.K.A. Pavilion) is a great place for studying or enjoying your lunch outside. It includes a grill, misters, fans, and several picnic tables. This is the location for many outdoor events.
